The Integrion demo cuts out the biller. This will be worked out as the market matures. Where does the gas company get in their pitch for double-paned windows? Billers aren't going to give up this marketing opportunity easily. Check out the Transpoint demo and notice how you don't get the option to PAY until you view biller detail which includes some biller content. When EBPP gets going I wouldn't be surprised to see CKFR and Transpoint (and maybe others) develop as huge online bill databases. It's not reasonable for all the banks (or any other consoloditor) to manage the relationships with all the billers. However, I expect billers will be able to dictate (within limits), what other content accompanies their billing information.
