I wouldn't say we're "down".

The trades keep bouncing between the bid and the ask. When there's a sell at $1.84, we're "down" six cents. When there's a buy at $1.90, we're "even". Just the way the quotes work.

I don't think the earnings were unexpected, am I wrong?

Because they had a lousy qtr.
You didn't read the most important part, the 4th qtr. comparisons.
Hey , maybe the future is bright. Today's sellers figure they can buy back cheaper if they want to.
