No official anouncment yet you may wish to call and ask the IR, for that information. It's all up in the wind as NPEC is not a reporting company. They could own it one day and sell it the next and who would know? Just look at the Copper Project that was droped from the list, Ask for some DD. from IR on that and the reason for the extra 10 million shares issued.. Find out for all of us what they were for. Please get it in writing from H.Q. on letter head signed by a officer or director if you can and share it with us. I would love to know....

Regards, God Bless
Jim....

NPEC owns holds a total of 4,707,950 shares of Medinah Class A Preferred shares. After conversion that translates to about 18.8MM shares of MDIN. Not bad when MDIN trades for multi dollars.

Along with that there's some properties in Brazil and a telecommunications company. It's likely you'll hear more about those in the coming weeks.
