You know, I never thought of this before, but what if BII closes above $7.50 today. Now, the President is on record saying that Mr. Godin is filling out the paperwork. In the absence of anyone finding a clause in the NASDAQ requirements for a 30 day period, could it be possible that the first day of closing over $7.50 that they make the announcement of application.

That would make it tonight or tomorrow morning, couldn't it?

Edit: I know that BII has closed over $7.50 before, but you would have to agree that BII wasn't ready then to announce anything. Not necessarily so this time.
