At least you guys have the rest of the day, this side of the pond is getting ready to go home. Its getting dark. Got my cycling in early this morning, at 0730hrs, only a 35 mile recovery ride. Going for 450 miles this week. Its February and racing starts in less than 4 weeks. I 'only' have 14lbs to lose to be competitive ! oh, and about 15 years.

Ron, did you know that it is very difficult to see a black sheep when it is dark ? Unless it is smiling of course.......
