Poor Slivka, Bill sure had it in for him. First he's a commie, then Bill threatens to banish him to the Peace Corps, sans options. This sounds like it's somewhat contemporary with Jesse Berst's famous "Has anybody heard of f***ing Windows?" story. If anybody's willing, I'd appreciate a post here (or private email) of the text of the article, I don't subscribe to the WSJ for various reasons. No biggie, I go to the library often enough.
