Sure I pay my share,but somebody got to show fiscal restraint to come up with the surplus,otherswise how come we did have a deficit even when you and I were doing out bit and that madam is my point. I am sure it is the result of a collective effort,anyhow I am quite happy with the development,my hat's off to whomever showed the leadership to accomplish this and put a leash on indiscriminate spending. Like they do on them award shows- I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Greenspan and Rubin for their fine stewardship of monetary and fiscal affairs.<g>
