MBHC - Just spoke with Jim Carr, acting chairman. He explained that new mgmt took over in November, the acquisition is being finalized. The entire focus is on getting the financials done (3Q done, waiting for 4Q) and announced in February. They intend on becoming fully reporting soon. The recapitalization is looking good but he mentioned litigation might be necessary re the 4M shares being rolled back into the company. He said there are 14,755,500 shares out in the float, didn't know what the fully diluted number was. In regards to the PAR writeup, he said there wouldn't be one done until the end of the 1Q when the new BOD were voted in at an AGM. He mentioned there will be exciting "stuff" coming up by spring but wasn't at liberty to disclose anything. He added their prime focus is now on mortgage banking and estate planning only. He also said that while overall revenues will be down there's a significant improvement over last year.

Here's one to ponder, INOW, recently announce 3X earnings of 4.8 million after getting
caught up on their backlog.

Computer consulting with several blue chip customers.

1.5 million in cash

3 million in current futures

6.8 million shares outstanding

2.3 million shares in the float.

22 employees, current price in the $2.50 - $2.75

The release came out on Thursday after closing and caused moderate buying up from 2
3/8 to around 3 1/8.

Might be a good long term? Here's a link

Taki:
MVEE ;-) and check this out from another thread. Bought some today. Like these reporting companies on the floor, unknown, with earnings.

Spoke to the company again today and was told the financials are coming. They have 15 field representatives building the
business and over 200 employed with over 100 phone stations. Just moved into new larger offices which were needed operationally and CFCC is currently working on acquistions, which will be announced by the wires when completed. 4 divisions, currently operating. CFCC accounts are in the financial, medical, insurance, and utility fields.
The only two utility companies in N.J. are their clients; GPU and TSE&G. The float is 11,000,000 and total outstanding 21,000,000. Reason for not trading higher---no one really is aware of them, yet. With earnings of .041 per share, this is a rarity for a stock in the .20+ range. How many really have verifiable revenues and profits in this arena???? Almost unheard of. Worth a solid look? The price of the stock has remained constant the last few weeks
--no loading up.

Here it is --- "in black and white"--- everything verifiable!!!!!
