Did anybody notice the utility index roll over today ? Also, the long
bond is starting to roll and is just bouncing off support. Usually the
utility index is early but I think that nice little correction is near, Any comments?

Re: RACE

According to the S-3 Liviakis Financial Communications, Inc., the source of many press releases about the company, is also a major shareholder in the company. Furthermore many of those shares were acquired as payment for services rendered. An interesting arrangement.

John Liviakis knows how to go with a winner. When trying to find out more about his company the first three names that I came across of companies he has worked for were KTN, ABTX and PESI.

From a 12/5/97 press release:

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Gene Soltero commented, "Liviakis Financial Communications has played a crucial role in introducing us to analysts, investment bankers, merger candidates, private investors, achieving our AMEX listing, strategic planning and, of course, creating a national following in the brokerage industry for our stock. We are pleased they have agreed to continue to support Cotton Valley as they have done tirelessly in
the past.

And here is what the stock KTN subsequently did:
quicken.excite.com

And Agrobiotech:
quicken.excite.com

Most recent news items about ABTX are about shareholder lawsuits.

And PESI. I gather he working for them them in 7/98 when it got to almost $2.50, now trading a 1 3/8.

Are there any companies that he has worked for that have gone on to thrive and grow?

OT (sort of): Message volume has dropped of here of late. Are the regulars off on some private thread discussing all the good leads?
