Tokyo, I work with this companies product everyday and have in depth training on what they do. I also work and interact with several people at issx to support our products. I think I am more than qualified to talk about their products, their customer service, and the companies general business. I always say, the best research is in using a companies product. I know that companies are buying a service left and right that I sell that is based on ISSX's real secure product. I am not sure of your source but I talk to fortune 1000 IS shops everyday and I would say a good amount of them are using or evaluating real secure and other iss products. that is good enough research to me. How about this...They may be shy about releasing who uses some of their security products because if they announced it, hackers would attack those sites just to try and prove they can break and beat their product. Non disclosure of customers is very common in the Internet Security business. The issue isn't that the list is small, the issue is that they can't , shouldn't disclose it. That is responsible security practice. Enough said. I think my research is done.
