As I said, there will be no need to get rid of the feature.

Since it is implemented by PROGRAMMABLE Flash Cells during the various post-fab testing sequences, Intel can just skip the programming step - or program in a dummy code.

In fact the dummy code now being considered at Intel is "J-I-M-M-C-M-A-N-N-I-S".
