But jhild,

I understand there are 15 people working so far with this startup Company...the product has been very well defined.
And where do you get the 50 million share figure.....that is a normal amount to be authorized, even small....many Companies have 100 million authorized.
But that doesn't have anything to do with the number of shares actually out.
Do you know that there are, from my understand, only 9 million shares outstanding!!!
