Steve -

Should we be worried about secondaries. I mean I've seen one where the stock price was fine all the way to the secondary and then plop, almost the instant the new shareholders cash went into the bank, down went the stock and for over a year.

Now in that case there were business issues as well but nevertheless it was an almost simultaneous drop.

Now WCII hassn't had a lot of news for some time and yet stock price is holding, looks today a little like a one of those strong men trying to hold up the back of a car, you just know he's going to drop it. After the secondary when the money is in the bank then what?

regards,

L
