Actually, have a call in to IR since JJ speaks to Don regularly. If I am reading this correctly, the phone cards are for WMT as a promotional aid. Therefore, I would guess that it would be WMT we would have to contact. But I don't see why they would need a survey - it's more that we want to get AT&T to do the survey re: other telephone services and it would be their promotional aid. Anyone else have a read on this?

Don't be afraid to call the company. 1-800-931-5050 ... "Hutch" is the guy in charge of sales, but he travels a lot, so you may wish to deal with one of his assistants.
