MACR announced web base training software with ITC.

ITC Announces Partnership with Macromedia
Business Wire - February 01, 1999 13:05
HERNDON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 1, 1999--ITC Learning Corporation ("ITC")(NASDAQ:ITCC), a leading provider of technology-based and multimedia training, and Macromedia, have announced a partnership to offer a world class-learning management solution.

ITC's AdminSTAR(tm) training and performance management system will now not only launch and track ITC's extensive library of multimedia offerings using Macromedia's Pathware(tm), but also launch and track independent vendor CBT and Web based training courses. The concept of total training management is now a cost effective reality.

The new AdminSTAR and Pathware learning management system, which supports the AICC standard, will provide a system capable of performing skill assessments, creating individual development plans, scheduling required training (classroom, video, multimedia, WBT, online and instructor led), launching requisite courseware to bridge skill gaps, tracking student progress, managing departmental funds, and producing comprehensive reports.

President and CEO of ITC Learning, Carl D. Stevens, stated, "Corporations today are looking for ways to execute their vision, manage knowledge resources and track the effectiveness of their training investments. Our partnership with Macromedia enhances AdminSTAR to be the strategic tool to enable corporations to meet these goals."

"This relationship is key to helping Macromedia fulfill its mission to provide an open enterprise learning solution for companies. By being able to integrate AdminSTAR with Pathware, companies can develop and implement a complete enterprise online learning system and achieve measurable results," said Ian Richmond, president of the Interactive Learning Division at Macromedia.
