To all of us... long or short

The great advance I had anticipated has not taken place. Yet. It may not happen at all. Shorts have won the battle Friday and today, so far. Those folks who bought in on the dips, congrats. I have much to learn.

Considering the activity in other stocks which have opened web sites, I believed that we would see more of a move than has happened since the web site plan was announced. Those of you who played the short side, or had patience and discerning judgement on the long side, or both have done well.

For me, I'm able to hang on for awhile (ie, I'm in a losing spot right now) hoping that some of the positive investor reaction to web sales may come to us, though a bit later than I have become accustomed to seeing.

Some of us seem to enjoy the battle of words here, as much as or in lieu of, making money. I have no gripe against the shorts, or the people from whom I bought my shares, no do I expect that if I ever get to sell these shares to someone else for $10, or $20, or $50, or $5, that the buyer will hold a grudge against me. My only ill feeling is that when I feel I am learning, I find new means to f..k up. Me. My fault.

Those of us who blame each other are merely a sign of the general bias in our society toward seeking someone to blame, as long as it isn't me. As for PRFM, my girlfriend shops there, her co-workers shop there, and she plans to buy from their web-site. I think that PRFM has a good shot at generating positive investor interest over the short/medium term. Long term, who knows anymore. At the rate this stuff is aging me, I'll be dead when the long term gets here.

Good hunting to all.
