Walter: This IS new News. These are NEW patents, not the old ones: Read from today's release: United States Pat. No. 5,839,108 covers the use of e.Digital's MicroOS(TM) file management system in a hand held record and playback device. United States Pat. No. 5,842,170 covers the company's methods for editing files in a hand held recorder. These patent numbers are not among the list from November which you pointed out. Looks to me like this company is cornering the market on this hot technology. I just bought some of their stock today. Good luck to all.
