Maurice: "Wow, what an amazing service. I bet those who can afford it just love it! Oh well, I guess my company isn't one where rich stupid businessmen don't have a clue what it costs them." Gee, one would think that "Rich, stupid businessmen" would be contradictory terms. Granted there are the exceptions, but for the most part they did not get rich by being stupid. As for "not having a clue what it costs them", again they did not get rich by just spending money frivolously. I must take exception to your repeated references to this theory as originating from myself. I never said that they did not care what it cost. I merely speculated that perhaps they determined that there time and availability were more valuable than the cost of I*. I believe that Iridium's claim of communication anywhere on the planet is an extremely valuable asset. Certainly the North Pole is of limited value, except for air routes, but at this point potential users have no idea where or when G* might be available at all.

I did enjoy your statement: "Second constellation Globalstar minutes will be about 5 cents per minute [cost to Globalstar] - as a wild guess. How about 2 cents per minute". You almost made it sound as if you were being conservative, based on known facts. The fact is no one has any idea what the cost will be, particularly if G* has further delays, building up even more debt that must be financed. I really have missed these exchanges with you Maurice.

Good luck in your investing!
