STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 7, 1999-- Sirco International Corp. (NASDAQ:SIRC - news) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Airline Ventures, Inc., an operator of retail stores for professional flight crew members, has acquired the operations of a competitor, Tag Air.
Tag sells travel product primarily to American Airlines employees through its Web site, www.tagintl.com, catalogs and two retail locations.
