Thanks for the tip, I give it a shot. My new portfolio is doing better this year so far. Not great but better. It took me two years to just to get back to the level so I could invest more.

My broker got back to me today with the same offer, plus if I sale now, the commission will slashed. So at least I will get something now and not wasted all on commissions. Oh by the way Lee is close, but not it.
