I am sure that many companies are working furiously trying to develop new and better products. That's the major reason I like CCUR. For a small company they have an extremely strong engineering staff and they have more experience than anyone else. You can bet they are not sitting on their hands. As a matter of fact, I KNOW they are not sitting on their hands. I don't consider DIVA as a major competitor for CCUR. They are a competitor for SEAC because SEAC wants to do some of the same things Diva is doing, sharing the revenues, etc. I don't think anyone, Tmrent included, knows what these other companies are doing. I can assure you they don't go around talking about it. Ken
