Les, that's if you project a straight baseline accounting method. The assumption is that giving business's back their money will not create addition revenue, but only suck revenue out of government coffers. Reagan proved you could cut taxes dramatically and increase revenue's dramatically at the same time. Just because the liberals led by Tip O'(socialist) Neil spend three times the additional revenue doesn't mean it couldn't work under a fiscally more responsible Congress.

The liberals made the same argument last year regarding Capital Gains taxes being cut. Remember it was supposed to cost us billions of dollars? When the IRS get's around to computing the figures, I have little doubt the revenue's will have actually increased due largely to increased business activity.
