I don't know about how they split costs but Prasara was doing the demo work in Atlanta. The only CCUR people there when we were there was Dale (IVOD Tech. Director) who was in the SFA booth with Prasara and then at the CCUR booth there were a couple of people. Sometimes Dan Dunleavy attends. Andrea Smith is almost always at the CCUR booth (she's the dish Steve O was talking about earlier). Usually someone from sales is there with Andrea. I can call CCUR about the R & D expense but I can tell you without calling. The trade shows are not included as R & D expense, the IRS would never buy that. Ken
