The thing is that BII was definitely in a downtrend when Otto posted his $3.50 estimate. Maybe it was a bit pessimistic, but the reason for the rapid gain over the past week has been the two news releases and the resulting upwards momentum. If there had been no news released, it could well be sitting at $4.00 or lower right now given the negative performance of the US net stocks over the past week. Remember, BII opened at $4.55 only a week ago ;-)

Otto never guaranteed a fall to $3.50, he included a disclaimer that press releases can change an outlook based on TA.

With all respect, Otto was merely posting his opinion based on his expertise. I appreciate the knowledge he can bring to the board.
