No big service provider is ever a one shop customer. They may be overweighted towards one vendor but they never put all eggs in one basket. Would you ?
If one reads the release properly its says that Cisco is one of the multivendor solution.

I am not aware of any single vendor shop. If a carrier was to commit to one vendor I would think that vendor could charge virtually anything they wanted. Just some CSCO PR put out by P6 to get a deal. GO ASND!!!!!!!!!

I see the Cisco announcement with PSI. It looks like a big embrace. These high level relationships are good marketing tools. But with LU, I think ASND can get their share of these too.
