I'm not following the blocks now, but back in October when Neo was basing around 11 there was a huge number of blocks trading at the bid. This pattern changed to neutral and then positive (blocks at the ask) as the stock began to climb. Conclusion: For every buyer there's a seller, but the overall trend of the blocks can be very telling.
