*Q! price target cancelled* I hereby remove the $80 curse on Q! It is clearly apparent that another year has started and incantations do not work. Q! has no value now...random value...market value...anything at all. Mqurice *Hagfish OT* Meanwhile, I found a close relation to hagfish. I'm in the process of making a concrete pond for Tarken's turtle, 'Bertle' which turned out to be 'Myrtle' as demonstrated by laying 9 eggs in a hole in the ground. They are about the size of the last segment of the average [mine] index finger. I moved some plastic and found a giant slug [about 15 cm long when moving quickly, which is actually slowly - normally they are more short and chunky]. Anyway, I thought that would be a good dinner for Myrtle, who loves snails. She swam up to it, took a sniff, then took a bite. Next thing, she was struggling with a mouth full of slime. Slugs are quite tough too so she didn't get any slug. I got the slug out and got her out to clean her up and there was slime everywhere. Just like in the hagfish pictures. After cleaning out the tank, wiping most of it off her face [nostrils fortunately on top of her nose, so she could breathe] she wasn't very happy. It slid away up a wall and parked in a little bundle for a rest. So I got a twig and stroked a little area of skin on the slug and you should have seen the muck just pour out at that little spot. Anywhere you rub turns to muck which in water, turns into a huge pool of thick slime. Slugs even have the four little feelers sticking out front to feel their way around. Same as hagfish. I can imagine a fish taking a bite at a hagfish. It would never take a bit at anything else and would be hagfish dinner because its gills would be fully of slime and it would suffocate. I guess a hagfish sea slug ancestor long ago turned into a land slug. Or vice versa. Either way - they are seriously slimy. Emitting at least as much slime as Ericy. Gooing everything up so nothing can move or breathe, which seems to be Ericy strategy in regard to 3G. NTT is getting seriously distressed now, with their gills clogged and starting to thrash around. Vodafone too. The ITU is in the muck, SETI is bamboozled. Even the USA government and EU governments are slimed. I wonder how the VW40 slime will be cleared from the world telecoms gills.
