(OTC: NCII) announced today that at yesterday's Annual Shareholders Meeting, Shareholders approved a proposal changing the company's name to "e.Digital Corporation", effective immediately. Effective at market close today, the company's stock will stop trading under the "NCII" symbol, and will begin trading on the OTC Bulletin Board tomorrow morning under the symbol "EDIG". "We felt that a company name change was necessary because the old name no longer reflected our business model," stated Fred Falk, President and CEO of e.Digital.
