Yo_Jimbo..............I don't know the answer to your question --- maybe someone else on the thread can answer your question.

Salude - Norman!

SIII was still looking for a new chief at that point, I believe, so that made them fairly rudderless. At point of maximum bleakness, few have the 'nads to take a big position, especially old, burnt-out management. Now that they're moving again, the cafeteria must be alot more fun. FWIW. Rob

Hi Jimbo,

<I am long a few SIII shares but I sure wonder why we didn't see massive insider buying when the stock dropped down to $1.50 ??????????>

Actually, there was one insider buy. The COB picked up 78K shares back in August for 12 cents each. The "employee incentive" plan goes a long way toward explaining why a buck and a half may seem a bit pricey to them. Naturally, I'm sure Banatao felt he deserved a quarter mil in stock for his stellar contribution in bringing revenue from $120 million per quarter to $50 million in less than a year.

It could also be that ahead of the Intel negotiations, they weren't allowed to make open market buys.

It's going to be interesting to see if there will be enough volume to break through resistance over the next few days. Looking pretty strong so far. Looks like the MMs are doing a little target practice with the short players.

Regards,

Don
