to date aznt has gotten, r.o., injunction & defaults were entered against andy mann. But to date AZNT has NOT got the "stolen" stock back, nor has it succeeded in provoking a short squeeze. And that, after all, is the Whole Point of the Exercise, isn't it?

Are you saying that AZNT's appealed the decision that Jeff and Level Head told us about over the weekend? Would you care to cite some sources for this? Some documents? Never mind, just kidding!!
