Sorry that's not true there was not time to call everyone as stated. Also the answer to your question on where the stock is comming from is in the company's hands they hold 10,000,000 unacounted shares IMO. If they would tell us pre the news I would invest in NPEC yet if they keep us in the dark, well it's not good for any investor to just buy due to IR. stating rumors. Right now there all Rumors, no fact, no proof and when there is, who's to say it's as a non-reporting "BB" stock how can it be excepted? Just like the good old days, call and get posters to pump so early holders can dump! but who holds the gold is the one to make the rules. I wonder how much stock is in the hands of the true dark side now without someone dumb enough to buy it away from them. ? . All that is wanted is for some just to elaborate on the pump so everyone will believe and the morning will start after the accumulation in the 8,10,12 cent range. It's the objective of using the illusion of printed substance that has no fact or finacial reports to back the read. This investment is dangerous without true honesty and fact from SEC. support documentaiton as the little boy yelled "WOLF" way to many times in my opinion.
