Jim,

Living in a strip mall? Then again, have you seen Denver lately?

In Denver, the tract housing is generally on 1/4 acre lots. Silicon Valley made the critical error of putting houses on 6000-7000 sq. ft. lots, which effectively doubles the number of people per square mile. As a result, the congestion, pollution, etc. is much worse.

Of course, there are 13,000 sushi bars out here to compensate.
