SHVA MIGHT BE GETTING A LITTLE NERVOUS!!!! Just had a call from a proxy service HIRED BY SHVA to let the stockholders know that the proxies regarding the INTC deal were being sent out and the company wants stockholders to vote! THEY MAY NOT HAVE THE VOTES TO CARRY THIS DEAL! EVERYONE SHOULD VOTE NO!!!!!!! BTW, no news on earnings.

Curtis, Shiva has never been particularly late past their indicated earnings release date before, to my knowledge!! Guess they are having to redo all those statements, now that the S.E.C. has disallowed their R&D writeoff of the Isolation Systems purchase. But NO!! This will make the Income Statement look incredibly different won't it. That will make the $1.00+ loss they are currently showing basically disappear. I guess JUST MAYBE things aren't bad as MANAGEMENT has been striving to make them look. VOTE NO,NO,NO,NO,NO,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bruce
