Volume is below average. It is unlikely very much insider trading is going on. Besides, every company experiences, to some extent, insider trading. It is usually called diversification. At regular intervals, a CEO for example, will sell shares and invest in other companies (For the same reasons you don't keep all your eggs in one basket).

IMHO, the decrease in stock price is due to the perception of insider trading and a typical correction of the stock price.
