Has anybody else seen the post market close trading volume? There were 3 decent sized trades of note occurring at about 4:20 pm:

Time.........Size........Price
4:19pm.....2500......25.000
4:20pm.....2000......24.875
4:21pm.....3000......24.500

IMO, this could mean one of 2 things:

1) A dealer is short and scrambling to cover his position as the stock rallies in his face. If a dealer is this desperate to buy shares 3 points up from the market close, then shares must really be scarce, and I wouldn't be surprised to see the stock get bid up tomorrow morning as he, and potentially others, attempt to buy shares anywhere they can. Remember, there's only 1.472 million shares outstanding and many of these are likely owned by company officials.

2) A small institution has discovered EXGP and has engaged in privately negotiated transactions with a dealer after the market close. This too would be a good sign for EXGP because a) the stock may be starting to attract institutional buying and b) the institution must really think this stock is hot and ready to explode if its willing to purchase shares 3 points up from close.

There are probably other explanations, but these are the two most likely I can think of. I'd like to hear other opinions, though.
