FWIW- Went long ABX again today. Unbelievable strength on a mediocre market day. Did ya see the way XAU closed?

Looks like the Dec. lows in XAU have held. Hopefully will get a nice ride from here. You in NEM?

Many bears awoke in the last few trading days to declare a market top is forming.
"this type of speculative excess is certainly indicative of a major market top."- Tice (BEARX)

There is concern expressed of late by many sound and balanced SI posters, that usually trade short term and rarely sound their voice regarding general market condition.

This time around, there is no new world economic crisis (SEA, Russia Brazil), the economic indicators are showing a very good picture and the reported earnings better then expected. This time around even the Fed chairman changed his tune and said that the internet craze is justifiable.
This time around, if the market wants to drop, it will do so on its own accord, without outside interference. The bubble would crumble of its own weight.
