internuts are a mixed bag -g- in SV, mountain view, santa clara.
Old old money-SF bank money- was in Atherton and Hillsborough, VC seems to hang out around los altos hills, and old tech money seems to be around cupertino and los altos..and the part of sunnyvale that uses cupertino school district. Intelligent women don't have kids anymore, so the school district is not an issue :-( but access to cable modem and DSL or ISDN at home is still a problem...that's why the techies stay here or live in SF. I have pacbell idsn and isp here in sunnyvale and the reliability suffers...It pains me to think of daytraders trying to use modems.

Oh, no wonder apricots are so expensive now! <g> I'm helping the shortage problem by planting a self-fruiting semi-dwarf apricot tree whenever I move. The first one we planted in the mid-1980's is very beautiful now, and produces "tons" of fruit if the spring freeze does'nt come at the wrong time. Yogi
