Michael, Thanks for the encouragement. The sideshow of the court battle is centered currently on Ledford's claim that neither he nor ECCO2 ever did anything in Pennsylvania sufficient to confer jurisdiction of the Pennsylvania courts. *REQUEST FOR HELP* If anyone has any information about: (1) Ledford's having faxed or called any person (or any company) on the telephone about ECCO2 where the person (or the company) was located in Pennsylvania; (2) coming to a meeting in Pennsylvania; (3) or even mailing something to a person who resided in Pennsylvania-- please contact me. It would help my case if you notified me of the pertinent facts. While I have some evidence to prove his contacts with Pennsylvania, additional evidence could not only prove jurisdiction, but also cast doubt on the veracity of the affidavit Ledford filed saying he never had any contact with Pennsylvania.
