*OT* Congrats, Dorine..yes, everyone seems to want to focus on daytrading and the "everyone-is-doing-it" (and going to crash and burn) aspects of the story, it seems.....good sensational, gloom-and-doom stuff...

The media outlets seems less interested in exploring how helpful investment threads can truly be (if you use them wisely), nor the great threat that this medium represents for the "establishment" investment powers (we all know who they are) who have been ripping off the little guy for decades, by posturing as if they possess some divine knowledge about this process......

Unfortunately, these issues are not as "sexy"

Look forward to seeing ya' !

re addicted to trading and S.I.
I'm so sick of the media looking for more "syndromes". Sick sick sick.
Probably the "I'm sick of" syndrome. (VVVVBG)
If you enjoy something and it enriches your life (and this surely does in several ways!) it used to be considered a GOOD thing.
And we DELLHEADS at S.I. all know its still a GOOD thing.
