John J. Agoglia Joins Hollywood Online

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Feb. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Hollywood Online Inc., the Web's leading movie information site (hollywood.com), today announced an extensive advisory and consulting agreement with veteran entertainment executive John J. Agoglia.

Mr. Agoglia's principle responsibilities will include working with Hollywood Online on strategic ventures with a focus on building business opportunities and relationships with its major content suppliers.

Agoglia'a last position was as President of NBC Enterprises, where he was responsible for all entertainment business affairs, foreign and domestic program co-ventures and syndication, in addition to supervision of all business arrangements for NBC Studios. Prior to his 18 years with NBC, he spent 14 years with CBS Entertainment.

Earlier this month, Big Entertainment, Inc. (Nasdaq: BIGE) announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Hollywood Online Inc., and its Web site, hollywood.com, from Times Mirror (NYSE: TMC). Plans are underway to combine hollywood.com (content information site) and bige.com (e-commerce site) into hollywood.com.
