taoman - the accumulation is almost certainly based in Redmond, Washington or Silicon Valley -- but we will know who soon when the form 13-D is filed. On the issue of BB's flying like this one -- yes I agree not rare -- you can find them -- still it is not your everyday occurence. On Nasdaq listing -- two factors will work for WAVX on this front -- 1. most institutions have rules the forbid investing in BB's -- so when we hit the Nasdaq that will eliminate this restriction and I believe institutions will be buyers of WAVX -- secondly most brokerages do not allow margin on BB's -- this too will change when WAVX is listed. Not to mention individual investors who have been wary of a BB at $4 but like the same as a Nasdaq at $32 <g>

A RB poster is predicting it's AMD that is interested in WAVX - Interesting, being the concerns surrounding INTC.
