Fleck mentions CTRN et al.:

A couple of weeks ago I mentioned a company called Citron (CTRN) that
announced it was thinking about splitting its stock. In turns out that the SEC halted
that and a couple of others, most interestingly a company called USATalks.com
(USAT). This company has at least a $700 million market cap. If it turns out this
group of stocks was halted because of fraud and there's nothing there, it will be a
pretty good amount of market cap that goes up flames. Sort of like the Comparator
(IDID) problem of a couple years back - the company that went from 0 to a billion
dollars in market cap in no time and then vanished overnight as it turned out to be
a fraud.
