I think you're right Haim, Alan does'nt seem to have the will and or the courage to stop the excessive speculation in the market. He is so wimpy in fact, that he does not even dare to raise the margin rates a teeny weeny little bit! We desperately need a Paul Volcker type personality at this point in time, but everyone is afraid to stick a pin into the market bubble. Yogi
