Tiger:<why come to texas> Lots of reasons. First of all, I just love coming right to the center of where dell is. Love the simplicity here. It helps me trade. Understand? It helps me focus. Plus there are lots of "fun" things here, like lurking the company store, and getting help solving software problems I encounter, because I really push things when I trade. In the back of my mind, if I have a problem trading here, I'm more likely to solve it FAST. I want to trade. I don't want to learn windows, sorry. Plus, give me a break, I just arrived, and made a TON of cash. Do you believe in "signs"? i don't either....but I'll think about this one. Tiger, I may also buy a trading station desktop system, and just leave it here in the "studio". I have lived in the bay area for exactly 30 years---and although it is beautiful, I must tell you, I have the feeling that proximity to round rock will make me an additional $500,000 before the end of this may, plus I'll have experimented with killer hardware. Windows 98, as I am sure you are aware, supports muitiple monitors. I do not make many trades, but they are very large, and triggered by LOOKING AT AT LEAST 12 PRICE CHARTS SIMULTANEOUSLY, IDEALLY. Need some more reasons? Plus, Tiger, I am 60 and have learned that sometimes you move fast i business, when the conditions call for it. It does not have to be LOGICAL all the time. Make sense to you?
