Well, I will have to admit this has me a bit confused also, but since it is a convert, at about $156/sh, everyone and their brother is tripping over themselves to buy the bond knowing that the stock will hit 200 in the next week or so - then arb it! The company, for their part, thinks it will hit over 200 within a year and then they can call the bond and convert it to stock. Everyone wins! Why didn't I think of this before? I have to go get euthanized, 'cause I don't get this printing money deal, without winding up in jail. -nfg- Thank EasyAl for this lottery - the offering participants have to be laughing their butts off.
