Conte makes it clear (to me, anyway) that her intent is to ask the shareholders to transfer the assets of SHMN to the privately held (by SHMN) subsidiary, Botanicals. The result would be a private corporation...and there goes your liquidity.

If you think Botanicals can be a big winner, and she's serious about someday bringing it back public, and you don't mind waiting a few years, well...it's your money. But it's not going to be a biotech anymore, as they plan to out-license or sell all their bio science that can't be converted into herbal/nutritional products. It's a whole different thing now...wow, she even used the "internet" word in the press release. <G>
