Hello Peter; Well I guess if you use that analogy, their are a lot of tarnished company's out there trading on these exchanges?? The buying to-day does not appear to be retail, so the big money knows that something is up?? I haven't got a clue as to what it is that drove it to-day, have heard dozens of rumours, pick one you may be right?? The other day, Diamond Works took a good jump as well, and was subsequently ordered cease trading at the company's request, two brokerage houses were the main buyers??............so something leaked?? Leaks are a part of this business, kind of tough to be selective and just pick one out?? and then say something is wrong. There are very few instances where a company that may have a material change forthcoming, whereby some of it does not leak out?? Good lord why do you think brokers have phones?? With regards,Frank

Pete, You state " not a good sign for the integrity of management" ,"evidence of insider action" and "tarnish the already poor image of the company". Do you have ANYTHING at all to substantiate your accusations against Crystallex? These are quite serious allegations to be making and I do hope that you have something to back it up. For my part, I have not seen anything even remotely close to what you are stating. Please do share with us what you have, I look forward to it.
