Hi 1king. It has been a long haul but I think we maybe getting somewhere...finally with the BC Gov.What is the property(ies) in question and who prepared the 15M$ valuation? The property was valuated by KPMG. A second supporting evaluation was done by an independant respected geologist. They performed an extensive study of the property and valuated the property plus damges to the company as being $11,000,000. That was in 1995. Since that period the requested compensation was raised to $15,000,000 because of a further two year delay (June 1997) If the government does not agree with the $15,000,000 then they have said they will send it to "arbritration". At that point RKR will present the arbritrator with the "further 2 year delay that the company has sustained(97-99). I know that the property had existing mineshafting and a program of trenching ands sampling had been done. Generally as always the sampling reflected very high gold values...in the order of 6g/t if my memory serves me correctly. A resource was calculated by the independant geologist based on sampling at various mineshaft depths. The remainder of your questions I have forwarded to RKR. Virtually all of us on the thread do not go back as far as 1995 so the particulars of the property development were not an issue. Thats because the property was gone by the time we invested in RKR. As far as present day RKRers are concerned the KPMG report/geologist report will stand as a true representation of the property. KPMG don't "fudge" things for a penny stock. Most of us, although pre-occupied at the moment by the BC thing, are interested in the Coiron property we own in Chile, however: The facts remain The goat range park now contains the Amber property. The property was expropriated by the BC Gov to enlarge the park. The company, RKR received a cease and desist order from the BC Gov. The property was RKR's only asset. The government stated publicly they would compensate the companies The BC government bent over backwards for Royal Oak and gave them $166 million. The BC gov sent a second claim to an arbritrator and the arbritrator awarded the company his total claim plus an additional 100% for undue delay (the company had a two year delay)! After RYO the Government sort of lost interest and didn't bother keepin there word to the rest of the claimants(approx 30). PS**** In the case of other claimants some properties were worth only $50,000, the government didn't even bother to give them what they paid, barring work, resources etc. etc. There difficulty is the Gov stated that an "independant reputable company" must perform an independant analysis! Some chose not to do it, or did a poor job. Rocks was professionally done and met all the criteria for payment! Time to pay up or "goto arbritration"!! I hope we end up with an arbritrator, I believe we will get more than the KPMG assessment(personal opinion do your own DD) The delay that the second company went thru was 2 years...they were awarded an additional 100% of ther claim for "undue delay". RKR is coming up to a 4 year delay! Note---- We are finally coming up to "the day". Do not assume from the narrative above that I am insinuating that our extended delay will result in "multiples" of our claim, or for that matter the entire claim. The examples are real and are precedant setting..so i think we will do fine! In the meantime, until RKR answrs the rest of the questions here is some "pretty pictures"Message 7540662 the Chief
