This sounds like an exaggeration from the company. Do they define a hit as a page view (as is the currently accepted practice), or a hit as every time any graphic image is accessed? I went to their auction site and there is NOTHING compelling about it. These press releases are inconsistent. On January 27, they said they had 500,000 hits since their launch on January 19. Now, they issue a NEW press release saying they got 700,000 hits in their first week. WHO is this company? WHAT is their history? WHAT is the source of their funding?
