Hi Jim, I simply enter my order like any other stock (electonically) and submit. There has only been two instances where they charged me more than the $12 fee (the first time I received a credit back and the second one just occurred so I have to place a call.) A number of months ago I was very irritated with some of the problems Waterhouse was having (ie getting access to the system, etc.) I did some checking for a different service but it seemed everyone I looked at had similar complaints about them. I hope this answers your question. Good luck on the B.B. stocks, with the exception of a couple I've cleaned my portfolio out (and not because I got rich.) FWIW, be careful. T.R.
